Email Campaigns Manager Needed to Grow List Engagement & Sales

I run a digital products and content business (web templates/resources plus a health & nutrition platform) and I'm looking for a skilled Email Campaigns Manager to take ownership of my email list strategy and execution.
What you'll do:

• Plan and build email campaigns (newsletters, promos, sequences, drip flows)
• Write and/or edit engaging subject lines and copy that drive opens and clicks
• Segment and manage subscriber lists for better targeting
• Set up and optimize automations (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.)
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and content
• Track and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes)
• Keep lists clean and maintain good sender reputation/deliverability

Requirements

• Proven experience running email campaigns for a business or client
• Strong written English and persuasive copywriting skills
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Understanding of deliverability best practices (SPF/DKIM, list hygiene, spam triggers)
• Data-driven approach — comfortable analyzing performance and iterating
• Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
