    How do i withdraw my refund to my Payza

    I ordered a service but was not delivered and my money was refunded to my account. However, I cannot withdraw the money into my Payza account because the withdraw button is stale. I tried to verify my Payza but cannot receive the email into my Payza email account. Please advise!

    Hi, if an order has been cancelled  by the seller it will return to the buyers balance and therefore you won't be able to withdrawal it unfortunately. It will stay in there use it
