    Someone Bought a order but Not Showing on my account???

    Actually Today Someone Bought one of my service (https://www.seoclerks.com/Web20/14226/create-150-PR1-PR8-Web-2-0-Profiles-and-Ping-all) But when i checked my Manage Sales option, it doesn't show any Active Order.

    What to Do????

    In the "MY GIGS" option under Seller Section it also shows one Active sale!

    Buyer has paid but he has not yet provided required details, when he will provide details it will show up under manage sales

    Make sure you initiate good communication via the message boxes on the order page to ensure the buyer knows that he has not submitted the instructions. Chances are he is new Someone Bought a order but Not Showing on my account??? I get this all the time with new buyers, just give them a little info on how it works and you should be fine. I still have orders from 9 months ago pending that the buy has completely disappeared on, haha, higher the volume of orders, the more its going to happen Someone Bought a order but Not Showing on my account???

    You will receive an email letting you know someone purchased your Gig (read it) - That email explains to you that they are waiting for the Buyer to respond to your instructions.

    Once they do, it will appear.
