    I HAVENT GOT 100% FROM MY OWN AFFILIATE WHY?

    MY AFFILIATE BOUGHT A SOFTWARE FROM ME FOR $3 AND I GOT ONLY 2.40

    WHY I CANT EARN 100% MONEY

    ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME
    THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVENT GOT THE 100% FROM MY AFFILIATES

    Hello,

    It is because your earnings from your own affiliates are not really 100% - in fact there are 100% minus fees:
    "If you refer a user using your affiliate link and they purchase your own service(s), you will earn 100% of the funds minus fees. Fees are between 5-10% and cover the inbound and outbound payment charge issued by our payment processors. The affiliate cannot be linked to you in any way, including IP address."

    This is a similar issue I have and I submited this to helpdesk and here is the reply:

    Q:How do I check the earning amount for my 'own' affiliate sale or affiliate who buys your service when the order clears?

    A:
    Thanks for contacting us. You'll see the 100% beside the order in your balance area at https://www.seoclerk.com/balance/sales

    The dollar amount you see there is 80% of the order, however, when the order clears to your account you will be given the remaining amount minus fees (fees are typically around 10% or less). These fees are not visible anywhere but will be added to your account when the payment clears to your account.

    Orders to yourself from your own clients do not count as affiliate orders or affiliate income.

    This is not clearly shown in your balance area but I can confirmed that any 'own' affiliate sale or affiliate who buys your service, there is a 100% marking beside the order in your balance area.

    Once this order cleared to 'balance' status, an extra 10% is added to the total balance amount.

    Overall, the fee is 10%, so you only get 90% of the 'own' affiliate sale (as per stated 100% minus fee)

    Example:
    Own affiliate sale - $10
    Order amount in balance - $8  <- marking of 100% in balance area but the dollar amount shown is only 80%.
    When Order cleared to balance - $9  <- amount added to total balance with extra 10% is re-added.
    Fee is - $1 or 10% of the sale.
