Can we make a new account if previous was banned ?

i was wondering if a person whose account is banned can make a new account ? I think it is not an illegal task. As at the end of the date that person is having only one account. is a banned account can be reactivated or not and if seller has money in his banned account will he/she request to withdrawal the funds ?

I do't think one is allowed to have more than one account. According to Terms of Service of SeoClerks, if you want to reclaim you funds then you should create a ticket in the SeoClerk's helpdesk or your account may get restricted.

I think only one account is allowed from one IP. If your account is banned then you must talk to the support team of the platform and work on it to reactivate your account.
