So as the title says Ive been waiting two days for seoclerks does anyone know how much time max should I wait for their answer?
Or is it because I submitted on friday? so saturday and sunday they do not work ? I have submitted a ticket regarding a software that they did not approved because they though I was not the developer.
Hi - we typically respond to tickets in 12 hours or less, even on the weekends. I searched for tickets you have opened by your account email. You've had 1 ticket which was responded to by Angie in 45 minutes. You may want to review the tickets at http://helpdesk.ionicware.com. Additionally, if you did not get the email update from the ticket you may need to white list @ionicware.com and @seoclerks.com in your mail provider.

you just submit your question again and you just choose your Priority segment "Urgent" and i think this way you can get your answers in around 30 to 40 minutes. Lets try now.
Everything is ok now. fortunatelly they get back to me and now I have my software approved , Im really really glad about this , I will now probably create more software for all my clients and keep selling them just here .
Sometimes it may happen, re-submit your ticket and I believe that you will get their response shortly, in case of not getting response after second submit, you should change the priority of ticket to urgent.
