I know of sites that rank from no-follow only! The best option is a good mix so it looks natural

Some dofollow links are automatically created for every domain when they get crawled by some spiders. I don't believe 100% nofollow linked sites exist Should I Avoid NoFollow Backlinks?

As I had posted in another discussion the no-follow link has a purpose of its own. It is mainly used to block the search engine crawlers from seeing the content that may be a copied content. At least the duplication cannot be detected by Google. With your backlink in that no-follow web page you don’t get a benefit from the search engines but you can still get traffic from the readers of that web page. That means there is also a benefit in posting on a no-follow link.
