We've rolled out a batch of updates since the October 5 release, headlined by Workbench (SEO tools for agencies), AI assistants that can find and order services for you, checkout without signing up first, and a tidier inbox. Here's what's changed for you. New Features
Workbench: SEO tools for agencies
Everything an agency sends a client, in one place:
Workbench.
- Site audit: crawl up to 25 pages, get a health score and plain-English fixes, and download it as a white-label PDF. Visitors can try a one-page audit without an account.
- A Clients area keeps each client's audits, AI visibility and link data together, with one overview page per client.
- A monthly white-label client report, as a page or a PDF: what changed, site health, search, links and AI visibility.
- Link data for each client (Domain Rank, backlinks, referring domains, keywords), and imports from Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic and Search Console exports.
- Start free with one client.
AI Visibility, in more depth
- A brand overview with mentions, citations and the pages AI assistants cite.
- Compare yourself with up to 4 competitors, and see the sites the assistants cite for them but not for you.
- An AI readiness check: can the AI crawlers reach your site (robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap)?
- Choose the country and language the assistants are asked from, and see exactly how each answer was read and how your score is worked out.
Connect your AI assistant
Let ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot or any MCP client work on Seoclerks for you:
Connect your AI agent
- It can search for the right service, follow your orders and draft replies to your messages.
- It can order from your balance, but you confirm each purchase, within a spending limit you set.
- No password is shared, an assistant can never withdraw money, and you can disconnect it at any time.
- Developers: the Seoclerks API now has its own documentation site at developers.seoclerk.com, with "Sign in with Seoclerks" for your own apps and a Postman collection.
Buy without signing up first
- New visitors can order with just an email address. The account is set up behind the order and the sign-in details are emailed.
- New buyers see a "Start here" shelf of top-rated, low-priced services on their first visit.
- After your first completed order, you'll see the service again plus the seller's other services, ready to reorder.
- Add funds in the cart opens the top-up popup and brings you straight back to Place order.
Inbox
- Delete a conversation into a new Deleted folder. Restore it within 60 days, or delete it forever.
- Report spam reports a conversation and deletes it in one step.
- Pasted pictures stay in the message instead of breaking.
Verification and payments
- One Verify identity button everywhere: verify instantly, or upload your documents for review.
- Verify a card with the small temporary hold ($1.00 to $1.99) on your statement instead of sending ID.
- Save a card at checkout and pay with it in one click.
- Choose which 2FA method to use when you confirm a settings change.
- Withdraw with Nsave: how to set it up.
Rewards
- Pay for Seoclerks features, boosts and other site products from your earnings and get 5% back in funds, up to $25 an order.
- Repeat and Auto Reload deposits now always earn a 4% bonus.
- A new "Supports other sellers" badge for sellers who buy from other sellers (7 completed orders from 3 or more sellers in the last 30 days).
Improvements
- Tier upgrades show the upgrade amount on the order and in its message thread.
- Discounted order prices now show cents.
- Sellers can upload .mov, .avi and .mkv listing videos. They are saved as MP4.
- The website sell form highlights the fields that need fixing and accepts numbers like 1,500.
- The login page shows compact Google, LinkedIn and Passkey buttons.
- The Affiliate page now states the exact rates and rules.
- If email to your address bounces, you're told and can fix it in one click.
- Homepage announcements show their header image.
- Faster order, search and home pages, and the site now runs on a newer, faster platform.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Stripe card payments that charged without creating the order.
- Fixed PayPal checkout failing on some shipping addresses.
- Fixed false lockouts on card deposits.
- Fixed Quick Delivery deadlines on tiered and reopened orders, and paid Quick Delivery now shows in the order's extras.
- The Repeat offer now quotes your discounted price, and renewals use the lower of your signup price and the current price.
- Fixed NOWPayments overpayments not being added to your balance.
- Fixed an error page on the profiles of members who follow someone.

I would like to suggest two improvements that I believe would make the marketplace safer and more effective for both sides:
1. Stop seller-initiated direct messages until the first order: A seller should not be able to send a direct message to a buyer until that buyer has placed at least one order with that seller. The buyer should always be free to message a seller first if they like a service and want to ask a question. This would cut down on unsolicited messages and spam, protect buyers, and help keep buyers safely inside Seoclerks instead of being taken off the platform.
2. Add live chat: Real-time live chat is very important. Many buyers have a quick question before ordering, and waiting hours for a reply can mean a lost sale. Live chat (with online status) would help buyers and sellers clear doubts faster, reduce misunderstandings, and increase conversions for good sellers.
Thanks again for the continued improvements — looking forward to seeing these in a future release. Great update, thanks for sharing all of this in one place. Workbench for agencies, the deeper AI Visibility tools, and buy without signing up first are genuinely useful improvements — especially the white-label client reports and the option to order with just an email, which should help new buyers get started much faster. The inbox clean-up (Deleted folder, one-step spam report) and the clearer verification and payment options are also welcome.
