Should SEOClerks switch to a 5-star rating system?

Would the SEOClerks review system be more useful if buyers could rate services from 1 to 5 stars instead of just leaving positive or negative feedback?

One issue with the current system is that a negative review can have a noticeable impact on a seller’s overall rating and potentially affect their sales. Not every experience is simply positive or negative. A buyer may be satisfied with a service overall while still feeling there was room for improvement. A 3- or 4-star rating could provide a more accurate reflection of their experience.

A 5-star system could also give future buyers more detail when comparing services and help provide a clearer picture of overall customer satisfaction.

I think a 5 star system would work IF the buyer is also required to give a reason for their rating. I've seen too many similar setups where the buyer thinks 1 star means #1 and will give a 1 star rating and say something like "Great service. Highly recommended!!". That one star by itself with no context would look bad, but paired with the positive comment would show the buyer made a mistake in the rating system, but the service itself was still good. Sometimes buyers just don't understand how to rate something.
