My Seller Level Dropped from Level 2 to Level 1 Due to a 2-Month Response Time — How Can I Improve It?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice from experienced sellers.

My seller level recently dropped from Level 2 to Level 1, and I believe the main reason is my response time, which is currently showing as 2 months.

I had 3 orders from last year that I didn't deliver because I forgot, so my response rate is now showing as 2 months.

According to the platform, response time is calculated based on how long it takes a seller to respond to comments or updates within orders during the last 30 days. Inbox messages are not included.

I had a few orders in the past where I didn't respond promptly, and unfortunately, I wasn't aware that this could affect my seller level.

Now I want to improve my response time and recover Level 2.

My questions are:

1. How long does it usually take for the response time to improve?
2. If I respond quickly to every new order message/update from now on, will my response time gradually decrease?
3. Is there anything else I can do to improve my seller level and visibility?
4. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and successfully recovered their previous level?

Any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
