If a service is rejected then refunded, does if affect the rating? I have some low rating, is it by force rejecting the service of by cancel and refund option? I have had some drop in ratings, and i would like to know why, there is no information on the website either Thank you all, regards, gameloft
No sir, offering a refund does not have a affect on your rating that perfeectly fine.. If you force rejected any order then it will effect your current rating, otherwise you don't have any effect on your rating if you click mutual cancellation or ask admin for cancelling the order.
