Yes You Can See But Too see old photo you need to visit his / her profile and see albums old photos wont appear on new news feed.

Normally if I block someone, I do not unblock him/her unless it is absolutely necessary. I believe once you unblock the person, the photos will come back on your wall. I am not exactly sure though, you can try it out by yourself. Normally if I block someone, I do not unblock him/her unless it is absolutely necessary.
