PVA = Phone Verified Account.

PVA Accounts is better to have/use since there's no restrictions of such accounts compared with the non-verified accounts which could be limited.

To make a PVA account you just need to input your phone number and a code will be sent to you via text and then you just have to input the code to your Facebook Account and press verify, after which your account would now be a Phone Verified Account. It's just a simple verification process.

In next step you enter security code...

PVA stands for Phone Verified Account. It is better to have your Facebook account verified by a phone. It will remove some restrictions and your page will have less risks to be banned or blocked for some reasons. It will be more secure for Facebook.
