    I have already extended it once, but I want to extend it again, but the option is not showing up.

    Just ask the buyer if it's ok and try to get it done as quickly as you can. In future you can edit your listing to make the delivery time longer

    Once you have make use of the "extend time option" which refers to the number of extra days given to complete the order, you can not use it again.
