    Why you have submitted your mother NID card?
    Your mother is not a freelancer may be.

    You should need to submit the NID card as per your full name.
    Otherwise you will not get the verification.

    Your mother can make a separate seoclerks Id.

    i submitted my won id card before but rejected but why i don't know that for that i submit my mother nid

    Make clean scan again about your NID card.
    Than submit again.

    If your NID card number is valid (means if you are a valid voter of any country) than there have no way to reject you.
    So try again.
