Agree with you but i am worried if Paypal do this normally then Seoclerks team should help to recover at least the additional fee I paid for orders it should be refunded

No matter if it's personal or business, most freelancers getting banned. This time i lost $149 and i am not even trying to supplay requested documentation... Feeling like i stole the money. PayPal is disaster, everyone should AVOID

This has been the issue for most sellers here. Your 4 accounts at least lasted 2 years. i lost 5 accounts in 1 year without any reason. I never had a single dispute in all my 5 accounts. Its sad to hear you lost 800$. You have 2 options 1 is to try to submit all details regarding orders with detailed info to Paypal. If paypal feel you have a point, you will get it back. its 50-50. 2nd option is ask your regular clients to get a refund back from Paypal. And pay through another payment option in seoclerk. 2nd option will help you recover some of it. if your buyers are ready to help.

Seoclerk should make an agreement with a payment company and bring back old system. Many buyers have left seoclerk because they are not able to try different sellers because very less sellers have Paypal now.

Both options are very useful I agree with you but PayPal will not give me access to back things as it happened with my 4 times so I did try always for this.

I am waiting for seoclerks response I hope they will help me.

Welcome to the Paypal ban club!!! We have all been there. I lost my main business account.Ignore all the bad advice posted here about contacting Paypal support. They will NOT help you! Paypal support is a joke and they don't even bother giving reasons for banning anymore. Seoclerks sellers are on Paypal's ban list. End of story, If you use Paypal here you WILL be banned eventually, as you can read by the many lost accounts sellers have used over the past couple of years.

Yes, it's unfair, and I personally think Paypal should be sued for mishandling all the money they freeze, as it's not their money to hold...it belongs to SELLERS!!! Since they froze my account so I could not withdraw, I refunded every single order and then contacted the buyers to repurchase using a different payment processor. No way I'm letting those bastards at Paypal keep that money! I'd rather give it away then let them have it.

Finally, SEOclerks cannot help you, as they have their own Paypal crap to deal with. Yes, losing the 10% is also unfair. Life's a bitch.

So true... But it's not problem with Seoclerks memebers only. PayPal is pain in the *** for anyone. Just watched video on YouTube where some old man talking that they locked his account for receiving donation and poor man had to send fulfillment forms and bunch of other proofs for lousy $40....

I also believe that holding other peoples money locked away is against any freaking law...

So, sadly i decided i will reather have less customers without using PayPal then having more money stolen by PayPal

Yes, I think Paypal should be regulated and controlled to keep them from taking money. They've been doing it for years, but I think it's happening more lately because they are losing their dominance in the payment processor market to so many other new companies that they need to take what they can through whatever unethical means they can come up with. Making a poor old man jump through hoops over 40 bucks is an example of that.

I just read a news story yesterday telling people NOT to keep money in their Paypal account. Their days are numbered....
