How long after the 9 days for the money after cleared are the avaliable funds able to withdraw to paypal. I cant withdraw less than 10. If i had $5 coming in 2 days and $5 coming in 4 days, will all funds stay in avaliable funds forever?

you need to wait 9 days for clearance, after that you can withdraw money immediately next day. In level 1 you need $15 minimum to withdraw you need to wait 9 days for clearance, after that you can withdraw money immediately next day.
