It's not a paypal or seoclerk problem It's direct payment gateway if you want your money back so ask to seller that he make refund on paypal and send money to you. If seller not send money from paypal then you can't get money. I hope you understand.

As stated when you posted the same problem here a few days ago (https://www.seoclerks.com/faq/35675/Why-do-I-have-an-order-here-the-seller-has-cancelled-the-order-but-the), you have to file a dispute with PAYPAL, not Seoclerks!

Seoclerks is simply a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. To get a refund for a PAYMENT made, then you have to file a dispute through the payment processor. In this case it is Paypal.

Seoclerks cannot help you.
