This is his store address: https://www.seoclerk. com/user/AliceMarc12, because he made this order, I didn’t like it both times, because he did so badly, so he cancelled the order himself.     As stated when you posted the same problem here a few days ago (https://www.seoclerks.com/faq/35675/Why-do-I-have-an-order-here-the-seller-has-cancelled-the-order-but-the), you have to file a dispute with PAYPAL, not Seoclerks!

    Seoclerks is simply a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. To get a refund for a PAYMENT made, then you have to file a dispute through the payment processor. In this case it is Paypal.

    Seoclerks cannot help you.
