    Need help with refund

    A seller never performed the job and somehow it was listed completed and I was charged. How do I get a refund other than chargeback?

    You can contact Paypal support for dispute if you buy services through it. On SC there is no marketplace protection for buyer and seller.

    Yeah, that's true. There's no protection both ways. Even if you want to level up as a seller, you have to spend money on seoclerks upgrades (up to $400 worth).

    I'd also advise to use PayPal Refund option. I received a service that was not even near to what was promised. Check here:
