Possible Bug While Setting Your PayPal Email To Receive Payments

I finally started receiving payments through PayPal here on SEOClerks after months of hesitance. Got 3 orders the same day worth $40 and the clients paid through PayPal.

Sounds good, doesn't it?

I kept checking if the payments in my PayPal account but no payment showed up. I wrote to the SEOClerks team and finally after 2 days, Mr Jordan The Great replied and told me that the payments have gone to your account already.

BIG PROBLEM

My PayPal account has 2 numeric letters after the name of the person it belongs to but the account which Jordan says the payment has gone to doesn't has those numeric letters.

I remember copy pasting the email ID on my SEOClerks account straight from my Gmail account. I don't how that blunder of the wrong email ID happened.

If something like this happened to you as well, please share your experience here.

Hi, Thanks for your post.
After reading your post I assume, Somehow the email address was written wrongly. I remember a few years back when everything was okay I have changed my PayPal and wrote my Paypal ID in the withdrawal section the wrong way. As per I remember a symbol or something was missing. And I tried to withdraw. It was showing success but I did not receive the funds in my PayPal.

So like you, I reached Jordan and he checked and found that fund was sent but it was unclaimed as by that email no PayPal account existed so the fund was unclaimed and he could return it back. and added in my balance as no one took the funds.

But the issue is if you write wrong or correct if the email belongs to a Paypal accounts funds must go on. it can't be undone. In your case, I think that happened. There is a PayPal account that exists on the email that you think you wrote wrongly or somehow happened.

I don't see anything wrong with Jordan as he always tries his level best to help users.

Thanks
Suvo

Simple solution from my part. If you add wrong email, fund should go there but that email is not exist on your paypal. Is it?
If you add wrong email on seoclerks which is not existing on your paypal, just create as same email on gmail right now and add it on your paypal, hope you will get fund instant.
