    buyer has not started the order?

    buyer purchased my service but has not submitted the requirements.
    because of this, my order has not started.
    what does this mean? will he be buying the order,or has found another seller?

    You may have to wait a couple hours or up to a day or so.. if the order is late, do a mutual cancelation and explain you didn't have enough time to do the order since they never responded your instructions.
