Balance add problem

Today 12.60 USD has been cleared from my one custom order. Which was not added to my balance. Why?

Can you please give here a screenshot.

Is your balance in awaiting clearance or cleared section.
If it is: than please wait some days.
Level 1 need some time to receive the payment.

No body missed any payment from seoclerks.
So do not tense.
