    Important Updates - affiliate payouts, Razor Pay Added!

    Dear buddies

    I have some of the latest updates, which I would like to share with you all. I believe you will love them.

    - We have re-enabled affiliate payouts. Here is how it works now (TLDR: the same except 5% instead of 10%):

    • Any direct payment (direct to the seller) is now 5% affiliate pay rather than 10% (or 11/12% for level 4+). This is 50% of what we make, which is now 10% rather than 20%. The ratio has remained the same (1/2), but the amount we collect was reduced.
    • If the seller pays a custom amount, affiliates will receive all of the custom amount (IE: if they offer 50%, you'll get 45% of the order).
    • If we still collect on behalf of the user, it is the same except for level 4+ do not receive the extra 1% and 2% now.
    - RazorPay will be added by this week as well. It will not appear as a payment option for the buyer immediately but should be available either this week or next.

    - We are working on the balance and revenue page display bugs, which should be fixed by this week.

    - We are still pursuing payment methods and gateways for sellers.

    If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please let us know.

    you are doing good
    I am a seller from pakistan we are facing some Issues of these updates first of all paypal
    we don’t have paypal in pakistan our 80% clients says to add paypal now how we can aad that we can’t create paypal account in pakistan

    And second as a withdraw option we can use payoneer but it took so long to get withdraw
    please do something for pakistani sellers

    Pakistan and Bangladesh Both countries user-facing the same issues, Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done regarding PayPal right now. As you already know all these changes we do now because of PayPal.
    Only options use your friends and family PayPal who live abroad. or try to adopt the changes. Day by Day Withdrawal will be released sooner. It taking some time right now but it will be okay soon.

    Thanks for your update, I think perfectmoney still not working perfectly. I have tried several times, "Use this payment method to accept payments" option going unmarked after few minutes of marking. Can you please check the issue please?

    Yes, We have noticed Perfect Money not working, btw. This is because it blocks all US-based IPs, even from the API. So as far as we see, it won't be available at the moment.

    I am from Pakistan.i create account on Skrill .but when I try to connect from peyment options they ask enter the email. When I try the they say you are failed please enter verified account.but my account is verified.please guide.thanks

    To add Skrill in your Payment settings, Your Skrill account must be a Marchant account/Business account. You can not add a Personal Skrill account there.

    RazorPay only Indian base. have any payment gateways upcoming for Bangladesh Seller.? coz, only airtm can be used for Bangladesh seller. buyer not interested pay with airtm.

    Yes, RajorPay is only for Indian Freelancer, At the moment there are no alternatives for bd
    You can try to get Skrill, Paypal, airtm, Even crypto methods as well.

    Hi, Due to current all issues, Sellers are being allowed to receive direct payments from orders. There is not much left to withdraw.
    Still, You can withdraw your remaining funds in your accounts through Payoneer, Hyperwallet.

    This seller is not giving any backlinks to my video, told work is completed. I went to support team, they cancelled the order, after that i asked for refund, support team told me to go to seller, they aren't replying from 15 days. I went to support team again 25 times, but they asked they are helpless, doesn't able to do anythings. they just sold some fake accounts for the money and after that they don't do anything when seller earns more than of profile purchased amount, even they cheat or give real things.

    what will I do? I want refund it's just because I want to give lesson to this platform, next time they will scared when sold new fake account. approx 1500+ gigs are fake, on seo link building category 90% sellers and gigs are fake and not able to do what they asked in their gig.

    I understand your frustrations about not getting the refund for your cancelled order.

    Unfortunately, At first, I am getting confused with your user name. As I see multiple user names in the screenshots on your behalf,

    I think Ionicware Agent Brandon gave you perfect guidelines of how you can receive your payments.

    As the payment, you have been made through Paypal directly to the Seller Paypal accounts. And the Seller is not willingly refunding you. So you have only one option left, which is creating a dispute from your PayPal and let PayPal know that you did not receive the service as proof show them the order has been cancelled. SO Paypal will give you solutions.

    Unfortunately, Ionicware did not process or hold the funds, so they can not give them back to you as you pay Seller directly you dealing with him directly.

    As long as you bought a service using PayPal, you can use buyer protection from PayPal. So try that. I am sure you will get a refund from PayPal in your PayPal accounts. All you need to file a dispute inside your PayPal account for this transaction.

    it is not a bug, it has been added with ionicware admin profile. maybe they are testing it
    you will see it when you will go pay the seller fees or paid bump, feature, etc

    we need to address the issues of people getting paid and absconding with our monies without doing the job because they have been paid directly. I just had my $120 taken from me from a Wikipedia seller who got paid and now his account is no where to be found on this platform, so now what am i supposed to do?

    Hi, First of all, I would like to thanks MRKSEOCOMPANY Endrit sftechno For guiding you immediately in this situation.

    They are correct. If you have paid him using seoclerks balance then it is no longer direct payments. And I think by opening a ticket seoclerks will be able to help you best.

    Direct payments are someway better because if it was using Paypal you can easily open a dispute and punish that seller.
    Here if the guy withdraws money already maybe seoclerks has to pay you from themself as money gone. I am not sure about that yet. That's a feeling only.

    Currently, Paypal is the best solution for bd people though it's not available there.
    You can also use Airtm and other gateways if you have an account on them like stripe etc.

    SuvoSeo ,sftechno and MRKSEOCOMPANY, i would like tp thank you guys for your timely advise regarding the issue i raised on how my $120 was taken from me without doing the job,i would like to say i took your advise,reported the matter to support and got a refund of the $70 i paid using my seoclerks balance and was told by support to file a dispute claim with paypal to get the remaining $60 i paid using paypal,
    Paypal has said i need to wait for 30 days so as to give the guy time to respond.
    Thank you all for your help as it really saved me in getting my money back.

    Hi suvo, hope you are well! I want to inform you that..Any buuer can not pay me by her credit card...and no option add for credit card. Meximum buyer purchese using their credit card and paypal. Also you know paypal is not available in Bangladesh. Last week I do not get any order for this reason ...what are doing and thinking seoclerk for all Bangladeshi seller for get order from buyer by credit card...please see this issue very seriously

    Where are all my affiliate commissions? Yesterday i had over $100 in upcoming payments, today is $0. Also $0 in cleared and $0 in Awaiting Clearance. I refer around 100-150$ in affiliate sales per week, but in last month all my commisions disapear (aren't added to my balance). Before your paypal issue i made 10-20$ per week. You owe me at least 100$ in commisions or even more, but all money disappeared

    The revenue page had a bug earlier. But As per I know it has been fixed. Still, if you find any issues please create a support ticket.
    They will investigate and give you the best solutions.

    Seoclerk convert USD to INR for Razorpay
    that's ok for that user who is not able to get International payment (USD) and want to get only INR payment
    but we are able to receive international payments
    so please convert USD to INR for only Indian users, not for all countries
    other countries users are not able to pay in INR
