Level Drop on SEOCLERK

Hi Admin, 

i have been a member of SEOCLERK for some years now and I observed that each time I am away on holiday for some weeks my level on SEOclerk suddenly drops to level one. This has happened about 3 times now, I have to work extra hard back to level 3 which I was before and what is yet discouraging is that new members I refer to the platform find it discouraging when they realize that status attained can't remain if they had a break.

I want to suggest that the level or status attained by any member should not drop if such member had a break so that we can be motivated to work more and move up to higher rank. If this can be looked into, I believe more members will be motivated to continue their business activities than giving up on the platform.

Yes You must not lose sight of your account to keep your level at least and you must respond quickly to your customers

Are you aware that there is a notification that be tells customers how many days you were seen last and a warning ?? to customers not to patronize you if you haven't been seen for a while. Now, imagine a member receiving treatment at hospital for a period of time, there is no way such person cam respond to activities on platform until he or she gets better and coming back to see your level dropped can be demoralizing.

The solution is next time if you will be absent for a long time Put an option that you are on vacation

You can mark your account 'Out of Office' in Settings > Communication if you are going to be away for more than a few days
