    Why Url Get short when buyer response to buyer requirements.

    When the buyer places his order and sent me a long URL it's got short and not working or shows an error result. So that I'm not getting the actual URL to do my service completed. Are there any solutions to get actual Url in the buyer requirements section?

    Just tell your buyer, convert long url to short by using short link service website and give you short url.

    Sometimes buyer just place the order.. But they Don't response in inbox..

    In order section, there have a option of message to your buyer. It's not inbox message.
