Hi there,
I've not got my NID card yet, even I don't have passport. That's why I can't open my payoneer account. I've already opened my seoclerk account on my name. But I've no payoneer account. Now I want to use my mother's payoneer account which is not used anywhere yet. Can I use it to withdraw money?
