Unable to start order

I just started here and i am not Tech savvy. I started two orders and I am unable to submit my informationfor the seller to start the work.  Can someone direct me how to do this please ?

Hi bikjuno, I was only able to find one incomplete order, which has now been cancelled. There are several other late delivery orders that you may want to check on. Please contact support if you need help with anything.
