Why custom order is not showing in my sales page?

Hello Everyone,

Someone placed a custom order offer for me to make a 3D animated video. I have accepted the offer but the problem is that this order is neither showing on my sales page, nor the payment of this order is showing on my upcoming payments. Additionally there is no deliver button or complete order button for this order on the custom order page. Please help how to deliver this order and is the payment safe for this order.

I checked into this issue. The buyer has created the custom offer but not paid.

This message is still showing via the buyer's page.

Why custom order is not showing in my sales page?

Please ask the buyer to click the 'pay for your order' button which will create the order. No order will be created until buyer pays. You will see the 'order number' listed on the custom order once paid, which will link to the order page.

In case, if the buyer refuses to pay before I send the video then I will also not send his video if there is no payment guarantee so will the buyer be able to write any review in such a situation. Please suggest.

The buyer will not have the option to leave a rating until order is completed. Though first, buyer would need to pay for and start the order. I have rechecked on this issue and no order has been created, such as 'pay for your order' is still showing. My suggestion would be to not send the video to buyer until you have a confirmed order page created, otherwise there is no guarantee of being paid.

When the buyer pays, the 'custom order' (private message) page will update to show this message:

The buyer has purchased the following service.

View the orders here: (order #)

You will see the order number and can click to visit the order page and deliver the video or product that buyer has paid for.

Thanks Sir, Although I have worked on his video but I will not send him any files till he does not confirm the order.

Also do not start work till the time you see a payment, It is kind of illusion where we take agreement as payment.

If the buyer is not satisfied due to any reasons, even if the reasons are his own personal, I return 50% of the project amount but I do not work for that buyer in future. I return only 50% because this is mostly done by freelancers who take job from others at reduced price and then show as if they are not satisfed and want to take money back.
