Affiliates want to make as much money as possible with as little time invested, so if you can give them a bigger commission then they'll have to refer fewer leads, and they will be happy about that.
You can also post on other websites that are affiliate marketing related and see if anyone would be interested in pushing your products. You can publish a post here talking about how your services are different than the rest and you're looking for affiliates. You can also set up a custom commission for affiliates, like 25% or higher if you can afford to, then come into the community discussion area and talk about how you're looking to give away a bigger chunk than most service providers here.
