I have completed an order 4 days ago ,but why I am not getting paid ?

Hello everyone ,
I have completed an order  4 days ago ,and my client said that he has accepted my order but I am not getting paid . My payment is showing into upcoming balance. when it will ad to my main balance?

I believe that you must first deliver order than to check on the balance and in Awaiting Clearance are Incoming payments that are not yet cleared for approval. Be sure that you close order and then check when will be on your main balance.

Thanks a lot,
actually I did not know about it. I just have left a positive rate to by buyer and completed the order but can you tell me from now how much time it will take to add the money into main balance?
