I'm considering selling one of my websites but have heard some pretty bad stories about people getting stung.
This site is on a 5 year old domain and makes about 100+ dollars a month...not much but considering I never touch it, it's a pretty good money-maker.
Can anyone tell me the proper process/steps that the buyer and I need to go through?
Please only helpful answers here and flippa etc I already know about.

Also if you are selling sites, always asked atleast 50 to 70% in advance before transfering domain. i would recommend use sites like flippa.com,websitebroker.com for selling your website. These sites , expecially flippa, throughly authenticate buyer and seller. Also if you are selling sites, always asked atleast 50 to 70% in advance before transfering domain.
