Amazon affiliates how are you earning?

When it comes to making money online many knows of the many ways we can implement these on to our websites or blogs to increase a little extra income. In fact, some actually do this full time as there earnings are high, but what do you prefer to monetize your blog/website with Amazon associates affiliate links.

Amazon Associates Affiliate Program

Those who use this knows there are a few good ways to earn with this from blogging to setting up an automotive Amazon store. Amazon pays it's members a percentage if they advertise their products but only pay if the person clicking your link buys the product within a certain time frame. By joining Amazon associates and becoming an affiliate you can easily earn with Amazon but make sure you read their guidelines as you don't want to be banned before you even start.

Once you are a member you can click on to your Amazon associates account, you can look for certain products and get the shorten links to even embedded links. You can create a blog or website and simply add these codes and links to your content on your blog. Many members just rush to quickly while trying to create an Amazon affiliate store on their website. Many just rush and throw links and few descriptions and images and publish...  Then they wonder why they ain't earning much or anything at all.

Earn more by simply take the time to research your niche, making sure if it is all year round or seasonal as this can often make a difference. For example; you don't want to just have a Christmas website and using Amazon affiliate links all over and there products. Yeah, it is great for Christmas time but what about the rest of the year. So try to think first, also with the domain, I find 2 word domains are great. So if your site is about shaving or grooming set for guys then for example; call it manlyshaven.com that is just an example. Also, don't just add products and slap a few images on with small descriptions. Here is what I do...

Tips And Tricks

Research your niche and try to come up with a 2-word domain name, optional install WordPress I do recommend WordPress. I then use Google search to help think of some keywords to help with the product I am about to place on my new website. So if my niche is gaming and I want to try earn from Amazon for selling for example; gaming accessories. I would type in gaming accessories and when you type this it will do a drop-down list now not sure if many agree here but these are what I use for my keywords. So it is Gaming accessories PC, Gaming accessories PS4 and so on. I use these keywords and create a new blog post and then write a little introduction about gaming accessories. I will then start with headers for each keyword to do with gaming accessories making sure I write between each header about a certain product which I am wanting to promote giving as much detail as I possibly can.

Making sure I get also a clear image of each product linking it also to the Amazon affiliate link for that product. I use the keyword also in each image for the alt tag. So if my blog post is about gaming accessories for each header of each keyword I would essentially try to write over 400 words or more about each product. In the whole post, I do try to aim for over 2000 or more words as much as I possibly can.

Since I started doing this, I do it daily writing new posts and articles about certain and individual Amazon products and I have noticed an increase in traffic to my affiliate links for Amazon. You will notice if you write a post every day and over 30 articles or more you see an increase in traffic on your website. Also, I tend to not use the same description as Amazon with there product you can easily rewrite it in your own words to make it unique.

How do you do your daily routine with your Amazon promotions and associates sites/links?

I am earning from sales of products via Amazon but very slowly. I'm certain that it's my fault because my social media marketing and blogging strategy are not aggressive enough. But I'm working on it!

Nice one, yeah it does take time you won't make a lot over night. But if you work on it daily and write content after content you will see a lot of movements on your site.

Nice post Kev! And yeah it's all about research research research. Or, just being in the right place at the right time. And or either coming up with your own idea for your own niche website and business or piggybacking off of someone else's lol..

This is why I used to watch Dragon's Den as there would be startups on there that are first in on some new big niche. Then just do some research into it, make your site, and the rest is apples and oranges! Amazon affiliates how are you earning?

Sometimes easier said than done though right? As for me I've never really got big into Amazon affiliates program. That said, I do have an account as one and do have a phpBay license which I really need to put to use have you ever used it? Amazon affiliates how are you earning?

You have said the magic phrase that it is easier said than done. I am going to embark on a big project early next year for affiliate marketing. But I am still hesitating because of the potential issues that I may encounter like the lack of buyers and even the lack of audience to my promotions. I have made my plans and it looked well and effective but again that magic phrase always comes to my mind.

I tried Amazon affiliates and so did some other people that I know, unfortunately we were not able to earn on it so it was kind of a bust. I guess that other people have had more luck with this particular site.

Yes, I think this is the case with many things. I think you have to make sure you have not only the time but the inclination to sell and then you might be successful with selling your Amazon products online.

I think you're right. It's all about luck, being in affiliate program, we are all doing the same things, but I'm also wondering why some people earn a lot, but I'm still waiting for my luck. Amazon affiliates how are you earning?

It's very hard to earn in Amazon's affiliate program, I have a friend who tried it full time, he worked 10 hours a day for two months and earned $46. The reason is because a lot of people are doing it already. If I may suggest Amazon Turk and Amazon Kindle, you can earn easily doing tasks or by writing and selling your ebooks.

Affiliate marketing doesn't really kick in that fast, maybe if you use AdWords and actually know what you're doing, but otherwise giving up just after a month or two is pretty much exactly before everything starts to work out. Turk is just a complete waste of time for not even peanuts, no human being should lower themselves to do something like that.

It is not easy to earn from amazon affiliate marketing. I have been an amazon affiliate marketer since 2012, however, I have made very little money. I promote amazon products that are related to my blog posts. I write a blog post and search the products related to that niche and have links with the article. For instance, recently I published an article "father's guide to buying breast pumps." With this article, I included links to breast pump on amazon. having random products listed on your website will never make you money.

I 'm about to start my affiliate career. I'm not sure whether I should use Amazon or not.I agree Amazon may have been around for a long time. Point to note they are people who start and still make a lot of money on a daily basis. I think we all need to do some research. If possible an affiliate marketing course. I think niche and ways of getting traffic also matter. Like any job we need to hone our skills.

Honestly I don't know, before I'm also interested in affiliating program in amazon, but my friend told me don't waste my time. He's been part of amazon for two years, and his earnings was not enough or not worth to spend time.

I am learning Amazon associates affiliate program because I cannot handle the trading of goods because of my full time job in the office. With the associate affiliate program, my understanding is for the associate to post advertisements of a particular product like in a blog or website. And when the product gets a sale due to that advertisement, then the associate advertiser will earn a commission. However, thinking about the advertisement to have an effect, I probably need to post a hundred to have a higher probability to earn.

Thanks for the tips and tricks on how to easily utilize blog posts to earn from Amazon affiliates. I haven't started a blog yet but I am planning to. I hope the niche of the website that I will do will have some products that are related to it on Amazon. I just learned that you can utilize the alt tags to include more keywords for the niche and the product. I will surely apply these tips when I make my posts targeting products to sell from Amazon.

My conversion with amazon is not that high. But I am getting occasional sales. Also I am working on some of the sites that gives me some level of conversion. So far there seems to be many sites doing what I am doing. I hope to get some people on regular traffic with amazon links. I hope to also find way where I can play against the adblcoker and get some level of conversion. It's a bit hard to make money now.
