Withdrawals to Payoneer - too long waiting time

Hi,

I'm using Payoneer because it's a very fast way to withdraw your money. Unfortuantely on Seoclerks, from a few weeks (i think...) a bottleneck is created by the too long processing withdrawal request. I understand the withdrawal requests are manually approved - now it seems it take up to 4 (business) days...

Well in this case, PayPal becomes a faster way to withdraw money (it takes up to 4 minutes to get your money into your account), and up to 2 business days to get your money transfered to your card or bank account.

More over, PayPal's fees are lower than Payoneer's fees.

If something will not be done to fix the withdrawals to Payoneer (as a fast way to get your money in less than an hours, or less than in 15 minutes on similar freelancing platforms), then choosing Payoneer will be a good option only to people who can't withdraw money via PayPal...

Seems like a very unfortunate experience while using Payoneer. However, please realize that there is no IPN or API for Payoneer to process payments like there is with Paypal. The reason only reason Paypal is basically instant (other than the 4 minute wait time) is because Paypal has all types of nifty IPNs or APIs.

If the payoneer website had such IPNs, or APIs for withdrawing available funds like that of Paypal, i am definitely certain that the ionicware platform of marketplaces would without a doubt integrate it so its users will also have that option to withdraw almost instantly.

In time being, if you do not already have a paypal account, you can easily sign up. If your country allows you can also try and get the paypal business debit card Payoneer is really for those countries that do not have access to Paypal. Paypal is accepted in many countries, however there are also limits for certain countries, and this is where payoneer picks up that slack.

I do not believe payoneer will ever be a fast withdraw method as paypal is unless they give platforms some sort of API, so unfortunately you may have to continue to wait up to 3-4 days to receive payment. The staff that processes payments are really good, and will to try reply to such requests in a very timely manner. I bet there are a LOT of requests, and I'm certain its on a first come first serve basis, meaning you have to wait until your payment is next.

On other freelancing website (I suppose I'm not allowed to name it), I get the money on Payoneer card in less than 15 minutes. It means in 15 minutes I go to ATM and I get the cash I need... So, there should be a way (with api or other tool), to instant withdraw the money to Payoneer in minutes (let's say 1h or a few hours).

Via PayPal I have to wait 2 business days to get the money on my (other) card...

Well they probably process the payment faster due to more staff, or staff that is hired only to process the payment? I think I know what other platform you are thinking of, and they have a lot more staff than this company.

I have just looked at APIs or IPNs Payoneer has, and this is the only information I found:

Payoneer: Integrated Payments API: https://www.payoneer.com/products/...ed-payments-api/

I saw nothing about automatically loading a card.. However, the only way I see to actually pay users automatically upon cash out is to create an order of some type to actually give the user the requested money. Which to me, would seem a little odd. What you could also do in the meantime is contact payoneer support and ask for information about an API or IPN so it's users can get paid instantly like er paypal. Doesn't hurt but I am not sure if they would do it Withdrawals to Payoneer - too long waiting time

Thanks!

Good to know...

Maybe the staff will read about the api option and will try to implement it...

Which staff are you referring to? ionicware staff or payoneer staff? If you are talking about payoneer staff then it could take a while. Thus the reason being, payoneer is primarily a method of means to get money to an account from a platform. However, they don't really take payments from sales. However, you never know, companies are always evolving so payoneer could probably do something like that.. unsure really why they don't.. and if i do im am not too entirely sure. I really do not use payoneer due to the fact that their fees are really outragious. Im not paying monthly for a card, and a one-time fee of $20 for the first load.. no way!

Many platforms that use Payoneer and offer nearly instant payout (that's to say, 12 hours or so) tend to take out a little fee from $5 to $10 for that, because like you say, it needs to be done manually. While this might be too much for small payouts, for someone with high $xxx to low $xxxx withdrawals weekly or bi-weekly they're easily going to fork out that money to get the payout fast.

Also comparing Payoneer and PayPal seems a bit worthless, as for most users they have very different use cases, so comparisons cannot be made as directly as that.

Payoneer would eventually become the best alternative to get paid for those who don't have access to PayPal withdrawals due to country restrictions. Since Payoneer is accepting users from any part of the world, there is no cause for alarm if you are considering how you would be getting paid from SEOClerks. Although PayPal processes payment faster than Payoneer, users from restricted countries would have no choice othan than enduring the extra days involved.

I would not complain if there was a wait time if i was in a country where paypal was restricted. I would just cash out my earnings periodically and would not care because at least there is a withdraw method for me.. lol

I wanted to say that the payment takes too long to be processed by Seoclerks to send money to each seller's Payoneer account. Payoneer is a very fast service (there is no problem from payoneer). Maybe a faster system will be implemented by Seoclerks in a day...

This is understandable now because I was beginning to doubt your assertion of Payoneer taking too much time until I saw this your explanation. It glaring that the problem is from SEOclerks, not Payoneer.Maybe they can sort it out to ease complaint like this.

I have never used Payoneer so I don't know what their processing time is like normally. I think they are a decent site that alot of people use but perhaps they could be better I really don't know about that.

I don't use Payoneer, but some friends who use it because on some sites they work the payment can not be done by PayPal, always complain about the delay in the payment processes. They never fail to receive, but it always takes time to process.

It's definitely not a must for me. PayPal rules! Withdrawals to Payoneer - too long waiting time

I don't use Payoneer either. Like you, I'm a PayPal user because of how much better it is in almost every way and the fact that it is such a trustworthy and reputable company as well. Do you know why so many people use Payoneer over PayPal?

I have no idea because I have already made a list of pros and cons between them two and I can't understand why some people prioritize (besides the restrictive fact - related to the payment method - of some sites) Payoneer instead of PayPal... For me, Paypal wins by far.

I have not ordered the card. I have bank transfer option enabled. And for that I am easily doing the transactions online. I think payoneer with the bank transfer can be really good. You can ask for the bank transfer instead of the card. I can tell you that withdrawals some of the time take time on that context. Payoneer is not going to be all in one solution in every case. But it is good enough for most of the cases.

Yes, but after Seoclerks (or other freelancing website) is sending money to you, then you can use your card in 15 minutes or less... This is why Payoneer has success among many freelancers.

I have also run into this issue with Payoneer, which I only started using while doing business in countries who did not support PayPal. PayPal spoiled me, I think, with its quick turnaround on payments right to my bank account, so I am not sure if this is why I think Payoneer is slow, or maybe PayPal is just uncharacteristically faster when it comes to these types of transactions than most other services normally are. These are the only two payment services of this sort that I have ever used for my freelancing activities, so they are the only ones I can compare. Still, so far they have both been dependable--I can vouch for that--regardless of how long they take.

Thanks for this article as it is a subject of concern for me too, it is really quite unfortunate we can hardly get access with withdrawals through payoneer accounts, this also means you can't meetup with deadlines because of the delay.

I have a paypal account but it is not compatible here in Nigeria, we can only open and deposit, when it comes to withdrawal we can't access it. This is very heart breaking for most of us who can't use paypal, I hope soon enough they are able to make payoneer much faster, so that we don't go through some stress like the one am going through now.

I withdrew (Payoneer Local Bank Transfer) the money on 30/05/2018 but my money is now in the previous position. Urgently need a solution.

Now it's almost 3 days since I initiated the withdraw (they say it takes up to 72h to withdraw). If they will be late, then 2 days of weekend will came, so Payoneer will have no utility on Seoclerks, especially because in this time I'm blocked to withdraw other money via an alternative payment gateway (for money that was cleared in after the withdrawal request).
