MY USER LEVEL WAS 2, BUT NOW 1, WHY IS IT?

    MY USER LEVEL WAS 2, BUT NOW 1, WHY IS IT?

    My service level was 2 now that service level 1.

    Any one where pls can you solve the problem.

    I was not where for 3-6 months.

    On this page you can see https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/ That you need to og in regularely to maintain your level. So that may be the reason of your level drop to level 1

    I have not any negative ratings. I think that I was not login my account for longtime ! that is may be fact.

    Hi there, thanks for your query. It may happen for several reasons. If you got any infraction for any illegal activity on SEOclerks. Besides, if your user rating percentage less than meet up of requirements of level 2. User rating may less down due to negative feedback from some one. And if you do not got infraction or negative feedback, you may level down for another reason. For example: long time not log in your account. After certain time, if you do not log in to your account very often, level will down automatically. Finally you can contact to support if you need any more help.     Maybe you have had some negative ratings that is most likely why that your level as dropped. Not sure as I have not had this problem as yet mate. Keep track and offer your members extra bonus give them something extra for posting positive feedback and you should start to level up again. Sorry to hear about your issues if you have any other issues then email support.
