is anyone getting this error "sorry there was a problem with ur request" when they try to log in on the app? I can't even use third party apps to log in. It works fine on safari, just not on any device
I'm not sure how to fix that problem, but I've got one idea. First, go to settings click on apps, search for Instagram and click on it, then click on the "delete data" option. This might work, but again I don't know. Tell me how it went afterward. Cheers!

Hey guys thanks for your response, I have an iphone. And I tried logging in with all other devices too samsung, ipod, brothers phone, still cannot login. Only can through safari, chrome. I even deleted data and resetted my phone. I also contacted them they do not respond I have over 330,000 followers. !!! Also can't login through external apps, is this a ban or something ???
Well if you exactly have that amount of followers, your account has either been compromised or is under review. I can relate, not to the followers but I have had the same error for logging into Instagram. When I used Chrome, however, I did not have this issue. If I was you, I would continue to contact them for verification purposes. You should have your account verified once you pass a specific number of followers (like 250k).
Hey thanks so much for your response ! I really appreciate it. If it is compromised or under review, how long do you think this will take ??? I even contacted them, they told me to send them a photo of myself with the code, and so I did 3 times but no response after that. How did you log in to your account back?? And how long did it take? did it work by itself? And for verifying purposes I have no idea which email of theres to contact
Have you checked the app that you are using if it is the current or perhaps if it was not downloaded properly? My suggestion is to delete the app and download again. How about changing your password in the Safari? This is kind of suspicious but I want to get to the bottom of this because if this phenomenon can happen to you then it can also happen to us. I hope someone can give a good explanation on this issue.

Seems to be quite a common error though. Can I ask if you're using an iPhone or something else?
I'm not currently having an issue with Instagram. I have heard of Instagram temporarily compromising account as was mentioned above. This is most likely what is happening to your account. This could be caused by you spamming or a number of reasons.
