The perfect client - Why and How?

The Perfect Clients.
The perfect client - Why and How?

Why would someone be the "perfect" client and what would make them the "perfect" client?

Let's start with some facts. It's a fact that you, sooner or later, will find rather awesome clients, but it's also a fact that you'll do business with people that are the exact opposite. Clients that are needy, greedy and they're basically doing everything they can to get under your skin so to speak.. At least, that's how you'll feel at some point.

So, who's the perfect client for you?

For me, it would be a client who understands exactly what I'll help them with. And it would be a client who's not afraid of "losing" their money on "bad services", as they'll understand that you'll give them exactly what you've promised to give them.

These two things are essential to me. It makes everything run smoothly and I can relax and do my own thing, instead of trying to force myself to do their thing.

The perfect client for me is the client that submits the details exactly like i asked them to. I like a client who is patient and know how to communicate well. I like clients who do the research before they order this way they don't have to ask 1 thousand questions. I also love clients who buy alot and do not ask for special treatment. The perfect client is a client that buys everyday and doesn't mind spending a little more for quality.

For me a perfect client is one who is willing to pay a tip The perfect client - Why and How? joking apart, I really value a client who is polite and easy going. A client, who does not start off by telling you dozens of things and setting expectations that are practically impossible, or for a much higher price than what he is willing to pay. I have had my fair share of difficult clients, and so I can say that it is almost impossible to find the perfect client. There are some clients who are nice and polite, and willing to agree on what you are offering because they are realistic. That is good enough for me because ultimately nobody is perfect!

I would think that a client that communicates well and lets you know exactly what they want and what their expectations are is important. This will lead to less miscommunication.

Then a client that doesn't push all the time for more and push the boundaries all the time. This just does my nut in. I have no problem with a good customer asking for a discount... or even a new customer if it is done in the right way, but you get some people that just push and push for more all the time even when you have said no to the same question all the time.

Then a customer that gives honest feedback if they are unhappy with something. That will help me improve my service and keep my customers happy. I'm not referring to the type of person that moans about everything though.

I'll say a client that knows what he-she wants! sometimes they just don't know what they want and it's so frustrating because they just keep asking a million things and don't concret the main goal the want to achieve by getting my services. Of course I know what they should do but sometime that doesn't match with what they want. Also I'll love clients who pay well and don't complain about it. Please more people like this xD

A perfect client is one that is not rude or abusive.I have come across clients that see themselves as demi-gods.They just want to rubbish your personality and downgrade because you have decided to work for them not even talking about the ridiculous pay but they're some that are sweet and nice.

I had come across a discussion about a perfect seller and I had so many questions just like my questions here. I don’t think there is such a thing as perfect client because perfect means there are no flaws. But for the sake of discussion maybe what I can share is my thought on a good client that he gives consideration to the seller when there are issues in deliveries like being delayed. Of course, there should be no question on the quality of the product or service because that is another matter.
