Here's What Happened When I Accidentally Left a Negative Rating
Many moons ago, after a great experience with a freelancer here on SeoClerks, I slipped and rated them NEGATIVELY instead of POSITIVELY! Oh, I was horrified! Not cool. It was a simple mistake.. I was sleep deprived, on my mobile device, and I hit the wrong thumb.. Clumsy.
I immediately messaged the seller a HUGE heartfelt apology, then I contacted Help Desk, begging them to fix my erroneous rating. Within minutes, they removed the feedback. Whew!! I then went back and left a glowing review and positive feedback for the seller.
What a relief! I would've felt just TERRIBLE, if I'd have marred that excellent seller's rating.
