Unfair Negative Feedback - where to complaint?

Im seller here,
I delivered 3000 hits to a website yesterday, but Today the buyer gave me a Negative feedback that " Hits Vanished in couple of days" Unfair Negative Feedback from Buyer.
Where to Complaint this Unfair Negative feedback?

Try to politely talk with your buyer! Explain to him that it's your business and your rating reflect your performance and to meet his satisfaction you're ready to compensate or/and refund! Usually buyers accept to change them feedback! Good luck!

you can't complain anywhere just you talk to your buyer for this and then go to support for removing this...Unfair Negative Feedback - where to complaint?

complaint to support and tell them what happen with you if they see you are right so they give you process for removing it..

Yes, I think as everyone has suggested talking to the buyer is your first recourse, if you do not get satisfaction there, you can always act SEOClerks or someone in authority to mediate for you. I think this is what you need to do make sure to resolve it.

you can convince the buyer to remove the negative feed back if that doesn't work then create a ticket and meet support about this to resolve the issue.
