Is there any option to use just coupon to start advertising on adwords like the past without need credit card?

All you would have to do is go to a convenience store or grocery store and buy one of those American express or master card pre paids and load it with like $5.00. After you got the card you could then use it to open a new adwords account if you had a fresh address as well. Use your neighbors address, no one will know lol
People in the past would spend $100 on pre paid cards with $5 on each and open new accounts for all of them. So after they were done opening the new accounts, the would have 20 fresh accounts ready to go
When the $100 vouchers run out, they wouldn't abandon the account. They would either sell the account or purchase a $100 voucher from a third party service for $10. You could then use the voucher in the account and run it a little longer.
You won't be able to use multiple accounts to advertise the same website. Try to use one account for a set of websites or just one. This way if the account gets banned, you're only banned on one website and not all of them
I know Google was cracking down on this method a while ago so you might not be able to do it anymore.
