What motivates your ideas for content you write ?

See, I have a nephew who loves his music and the kid is a really good song writer. And, I have even recommended to try to get him to ghost write see if he can sell a song or two. I think he has potential, you know, so i ask my nephew what inspires him what drives all these ideas into his head for him to come up with the lyrics he does and in his case he goes off of what he has been through. But i want to know what motivates every one to write there ideas and express them selves the way they do.

I typically write about online marketing trends and search engine optimization. I've been doing it for a while so it's pretty much second nature now What motivates your ideas for content you write ? I can answer most of the questions I come along, if I don't know the answer I'm going to let someone know that I don't know. I'm not one of those people that will just try to bullshit my way through an answer just to seem like I know everything, because I don't What motivates your ideas for content you write ?

Anyways, when I'm writing I usually have a good amount of topics to think about. If I have to write, lets say 10 articles in a day for a client or myself. I'll pick 10 different topics and write down some bullet points for each topic so that I can keep everything running smooth after the 4th, 5th, or 6th article.

To get my ideas for what I want to write about, I usually try to answer questions I have myself. I'll ask myself the questions and then I'll go out and extensively research them. After I piece together a detailed answer to my own questions, I'll then post them to my blog or website. By answering my own questions I'm sure I've helped a few people in the world who were stuck and needed a little information that I already researched and posted What motivates your ideas for content you write ?

I don't normally write about certain topics just to get ranked in the search engines. Sure I optimize all of my articles and posts for specific keywords, but I didn't think about the article/post because of the keyword. I had a question and the keyword was in my answer, so I'll then optimize for that keyword lol What motivates your ideas for content you write ?

yea i have noticed in the past when you have taken the time too comment that you tend use bullet points when going in too detail and i think that is great to be honest you take the time to explain your points thoroughly, so your your readers or clients should i say can get the best of the best from you and that right there is really what it is meant to come down to by the end of the day .it shows good work ethic when you take the time to go into full detail, good job man

I love bullet points too. It makes it so much easier for me to understand.

Razzy that is quite similar to what I do, if I need to learn how to do something I first figure out how to do it and then I follow it up with an article on my online marketing website about what I just learned.

I also don't pretend to know everything, that is just daft because nobody is an expert on every question. I think it is so much more real if you are honest with your readers about your knowledge and capabilities. I believe that they will then respect and trust you do share about the things you know.

I think that most writing is based on experiences and opinions. Sometimes we need to express ourselves in writing, to try to bring out the way we feel and communicate through the content that we write on paper, rather than saying it in speech. It works better this way for some people. As a content writer I try to stick to being objective when I am assigned an article to write as often it needs to be unbiased and according to the client's instructions. That is often quite difficult, depending on the topic. I hope your nephew will make the most out of his writing.

definitely i can agree with most writing being based off of experience you know i my self tend to write with a a more at home down to earth type of feel and it is really my experiences in life that help me be so down to earth in the first place. it allows me to relate and connect more with my readers and that right there is not something you can fake so your absolutely right experiences definitely take part and so do opinions i mean lets be honest here if there were no such thing as opinions how would we communicate, lol every body has a voice to heard

See that is why I think I would struggle being a content writer for other people, it would make it so hard being objective and perhaps being given a completing boring or difficult topic.

I love writing but I think doing it for other people would kill it for me!

I also share things from my own experiences.

I am always learning about online marketing and I just love it, so when I learn something new I write an article for my online marketing website and share it with my readers.

I also have a mommy blog so that is very much inspired by my experiences as a mom.

My other website is my addiction blog and this is very much inspired by my experiences as an addict in recovery.

All my content is inspired by things that happen in my life. I don't think I could write content any other way.

you have to base off your own experiences that is the best way to express your self cause you know what you have through the best and cant nobody tell you any different i loves when i see a piece of writing that is down to earth there is just something about Reading things that you can feel that honestly does a good job of keeping your attention cause lets be honest nobody reads any thing that does not make sense to them , and it works even better if the reader can relate to what is being read with a full understanding

Yes Lynne - that way the writing comes out best. Because you are sharing personal experiences and being able to talk from a first hand point of view. You can know the subject really well and this also helps to make the writing more personal, which at the end of the day makes a better impact on readers and followers.

you know they say knowledge is power and i believe that but knowledge with out experience does not mean nothing, people go out and look for jobs all the time and some people know what they have to do for there job but never done it before those people automatically loose to people with experience and i think the same thing goes for writing you can be factual all day but when you take the time too share experience you can begin too notice people pay more attention and react more to things like that , it is all about point of view

I stick with my experience. And I have both good and bad experience. Only difference being I try to write the content in such a way that can help others. And you can see that in that way it'd be reasonable to focus on the outcome. You can see that people who follow that pattern, have their share of writers block. Because at some point your experience may run out. And you'd not much ideas to write about.

Don't laugh but I usually get my ideas when I am driving. I don't know if it is because of the usual heavy traffic here or maybe I enjoy driving, yes, I truly enjoy being on the wheel. That's the reason why I have my phone beside me when I am on the road because for sure an idea will pop up although not necessarily an idea for writing. My notepad is my phone and that is a problem now because being behind the wheel and holding a phone is now illegal. Maybe I have to shift to the good old notepad. But I only get ideas when I am alone in the car and it doesn't matter if the radio is playing a song or having a news broadcast. As I said, I have no clue how the ideas come to my head.
