    After being here 6 months still not allowed to alter or add anything to my profile?

    I have been here half a year and have like 50 order transactions, and I can't even add a picture or something to my status, nothing at all, what's up with that?

    What do you mean by "not allowed"?
    Have you received any infractions of some sort?

    Everyone should be able to edit their profile pages, their settings and their profile pictures. I've never heard about this problem before and I'm sure you are indeed allowed to change this. In case you have no infractions and in case you truly want to change your settings or profile pictures, then I'd suggest contacting the support regarding this.

    Do follow Mike's advice and tell us if you've got any error messages or something similar before you contact the support.

    I never heard about this problem. Do you get some error message or something when you try to upload a profile picture? I remember that I tried to use a picture and there was a problem with the type or size, and just selected another one that was suitable. It was accepted immediately. I also changed settings a couple of times. I do not think there is any restriction to do such amendments at all. Maybe if you are a bit more specific we would be able to help you better.

    That sounds really strange. I was able to change my profile as soon as I joined this community a few years ago.

    I agree with everyone, give some more information so that we can help you resolve this problem.

    Hi denverdonate thanks for sharing your concern. I am very confused regarding your issue. Could you tell me you just posted this CD for getting free bump? If not what is your exact problem. I just hear it first time from you, who cannot chance anything from his profile even after work 6 months. Here nothing barrier for changing anything from your profile. You can chance any option just after joining on SEOclerks and many seller doing such thing very often as necessary.
    So, I request to you if possible give a screenshot from your profile or if you really feel, you are getting troubles for changing account information, please contact with help desk, they should assist to you.

    And do not feel hesitation for further update. Keep contribute here for any issue

    This may be due to your profile lock, in which you're going to have to contact support to remove. As for the status update, I'm not not sure why you wouldn't be able to change that, however that issue may be due to an infraction for spam. If you do have an infraction, you'll need to wait for the infraction to expire most likely. As all the others have said, this issue can only be fixed by the support team.

    There is no block for regular users after 6 months that limits their ability to edit/alter/delete/etc their profile unless they locked it themselves.
