I'm really not one to email a company's Customer Support Team before doing my research and trying to find a solution myself. I certainly don't want to waste anyone's time.
HOWEVER, I recently had an issue that I just couldn't seem to resolve on my own. I hesitantly emailed the SEOclerks Help Desk about it. I didn't know if it was something that I should even bother them about, but I just didn't see another way.
I wasn't expecting a whole lot, maybe hoping for a reply in the next week with a, "That's not our problem", "See our FAQ" - or at best, a "Here's what you can try" semi-auto response.
Beverly wrote me back almost immediately and, to my surprise, solved my problem 100%, just like that. She was remarkably amicable, understanding and fun to talk with. She didn't make me feel like I was hassling her or wasting her time. She made me feel genuinely valued and understood. It was honestly so refreshing.
Props to Beverly for the truly outstanding care. Seriously the best Customer Support experience I've ever had.
