    I would like to see an option where satisfied buyers can give a tip to sellers

    Many buyers are very happy with the service that they get, so much so that they write a recommendation for the seller, and order more than once too. On some sites there is an option for a buyer to give a tip to a seller who has exceeded his/her expectations by over delivering or being really great in one way or another, such as a quick turnaround, or prompt replies etc. But this option is not possible here.

    I believe allowing this would help to encourage more sellers to join, and offer a high quality service. What do you think?

    I think anything that will help improve the process for buyers and sellers would be great, especially things are along the line of helping sellers to improve their service and things that will help buyers with making decisions regarding services and sellers.

    Oh, I thought you meant tips, like in ideas.. I would like to see an option where satisfied buyers can give a tip to sellers

    Anyhow, yeah, I wouldn't mind this option at all. You could as a seller create a service listing for this, by using a title like this: "Give me a tip because I'm awesome" or whatever, then set the price tag of $1 and allow Multiple Quantity Orders. That way, buyers would be able to give you whatever amount they want by changing the quantity. It's quite an easy thing to do. However, a real option for this would be far better, and it should obviously be a custom service-thing where buyers can leave whatever amount they want by just entering the amount themselves. With that being said, I do not think that this kind of "service" should be visible on the marketplace.

    Perhaps add something like this on the profile page? Or just have that option in the delivery message, so buyers can easily see it once the seller have made the delivery.

    I think that is a nice feature to have. It would as you all have said make the quality of the service would be much better because not only are you working for quality, but you're also trying to win the client over with tips. However, I wouldn't expect a tip because not everyone tips. But in the long run, this feature could be great to add, and hopefully no money is taken out of the tip jar and no fees should be attached to tips. I would like to see this feature sometime in the future most definitely.

    Oh yes, I certainly hope that no fees would apply on the tip I would like to see an option where satisfied buyers can give a tip to sellers I strongly believe that with such a small feature you can get to have many more dedicated sellers who go out of their way to do a great quality job, and this benefits the site in terms of more sales and more satisfied buyers, who add up to sales with more repeat sales. It is a win win situation for all, and even though a good percentage of buyers will not be willing to pay a tip, there are quite a few who will be willing to.

    I think this is a good idea. However I think a tip is included in the price, in my opinion. I also think that this would be nearly impossible because the buyer maybe a running a business where he is trying to save money. For him to pay more will make the service less competitive in my opinion, people will then run to other services like fiverr. So maybe not a good idea at all. The world is all about competition.
