How to create RSS feed for Twitter account?

Twitter discontinued providing it's users with their RSS feed for their tweets, long time ago. Still many tweeps would love to have their own RSS feed of tweets for many different reasons and last year i found very good and free service where you can generate RSS feed online for any Twitter username.

Simply visit https://twitrss.me enter username of any user plus choose if you would like to add it's replays to feed too. Instantly you can generate RSS feed without any authentication or registration needed.

Most of people using this service to automatically retweet someone's tweets or even to tweet on their accounts by adding that RSS feed to Twitterfeed for automated tweeting.

I noted that many Twitter users doing this to periodically send someone's "quotes" to entertain own followers, which is not bad idea i guess.

Twitter seems to be discontinuing a lot of their APIs. For instance, AddThis, and other social bookmarking services had an issue with the Twitter API specifically with the tweet counts. Twitter gave no warning when did this, they just did it. A lot of Twitter users, mostly developers were concerned, and needed this API for their applications but Twitter didn't seem to care. Is it due to old technology, or is it due to spam? Why would they disable certain features that a lot of users seem to use. Perhaps RSS feeds are old, and APIs are the new improved thing? I just hope they don't ever discontinue the twitter login API.
