My tummy is always growling even when I'm not hungry or have recently eating. I don't know if I'm just still hungry and should eat more or if this is normal. I just don't like a grumbling tummy.
You stomach might be easily upset by food now. So drink some milk to calm your stomach and eat honey wheat bread. This is a good way to feel full too and also soothes an upset stomach.

You might need more bulk in your diet to fill up your stomach so you are not hungry. Eat more high fiber foods such as bran cereals and you will always feel full.
You are either hungry or thirsty. Drink a large glass of water and then have a small snack to see if this takes care of it.
You are simply eating the wrong kind of food. Is your diet made up of snacks and sweet foods? If so, that won't be enough to satisfy your body.
This used to happen to me, I thought I had a very rebel bowel or something. Then I started noticing it all was worst or better depending on the food i had. So, I went to the doctor for some checking, he did some tests and it turned out I have something called irritable bowel syndrome. I had to take meds, change my feeding habits for some healthy ones, do some yoga or cardio, and pay attention to my day by day (workaholic). Right now I'm feeling ok, I can eat whatever i want, but I had to pass through a lot for this bowel movement. So maybe you should consider call an specialist.
My husband has an acidic stomach and I could hear the noise emitting from his stomach when he goes hungry. Sometimes he eats a candy or a piece of biscuit to calm his stomach but the best is to drink soda. It seems to neutralize the acid in his stomach that he would even feel better. Many say that soda is bad for the stomach but for my husband it is like a salve or a good treatment for the noisy acidic stomach.
