My hosting company only provides live chat support for paid customers. The free members are limited to email support, which can take up to 3 days to get an answer.

I'm with HostGator, and it provides chat support, phone support as well as email support so this is really good thing I would say.

I've been with the same web hosting company for many years now and really love it. I'm considering an upgrade so I can get unlimited bandwidth as I need room for some images.

I am with Bluehost and they have 24/7 live chat support which I find really helpful. Most of the time I get someone on live support via chat and my issue is resolved instantly. I am on there shared hosting plan which is the least costly BTW.

I am with namecheap and namecheap has one of the best support systems. If you encounter any problem, you will have to send a support ticket. Your query will be answered within 10 minutes, no matter what time it is or irrespective of your location. One of the reasons why I am with name cheap is they have wonderful support system.
