Does your host company offer money back guarantee for their reseller program? Have you tried to use it yet?
I use Namecheap as my web host, thankfully they offer money back guarantee.
Every web host should have at least 30 days of money back guarantee, or else I stay away from that host.

Yes, they offer it and i used it. instantcpanelhosting.com has 14 days money back on shared hosting. I think it is an important thing so clients know they can get money back if hsoting dont suits them.
