Misspellings won't help you with SEO. But it's possible you could make a mistake with your domain name spelling or maybe even have a mistake made by your domain registrar. If that happens, you might have no other option but to buy a new or similar domain name.

I don't think it would help with miss spelling but some do tend to rush well not as in rushing but when people type fast they perform typo's that way.
But at same time it might work a little wouldn't it as these days sometimes people searching google might do a typo and come across your site but that is a big if lol and not worth even trying anyway. Yes best to be professional about the whole idea.

Misspelling does not actually matter. Since very few people type your domain name to log into your site and most of the traffic comes from search engines and social media where people follow the links, misspelling will not create any problems. Even if you have misspelled the domain name you can use the correct name on site title. I have a website called brapanty.online Well, the correct usage of panty is panties. THus, my domain name is misspelled. However, I use Bras and Panties as the site title.

I have never experience this,I double check the domain name before purchasing because it will be very difficult to change after purchase.
