    Glitching Youtube videos

    Sometimes, when I open a Youtube video and then shut it down, it will still be playing in the background, over top of my new Youtube video (so that the sound is over lapping). This is very annoying as sometimes I just want to watch a few minutes of a Youtube video and if it's not entertaining I'll shut the video down. How can I stop this glitching from happening, as simply clicking the stop button or shutting down the tab still does not stop the video sound from playing.

    Shut down your browser and reboot your computer as this could be an issue with videos being cached onto your computer. Restart your computer and then attempt to play the video again.

    Update flash as this is usually the cause of YouTube video fail. Also be sure to enable flash on your browser. There are specific instructions for doing this on the Adobe flash site.

    Have you updated Windows yet? There might be an issue with Windows, rather than just your browser. Anything is possible though and it could just be lag caused by your internet provider.

    If you are using Firefox, you can kill the process for plug in container for your browser. Then, reload the video page. This should fix the problem.
