    I can't see how they would accuse me of copyright violations as all the videos I have uploaded were created by me using my own camera. For this reason, these videos are mine alone so there is no violation.

    Copyright violation can only happen if you upload a video that does not belong to you. And, there's no way that can happen if you are only uploading your own property. Just be sure to keep proof of who's video you are uploading, just in case you need to contest Youtube for taking your videos down.

    Not a problem for me as I don't cheat by uploading or stealing another person's video. That's true even for video montages that use snippets of other people's videos.

    I have never been accused or penalized for copyright violation. I am a professional writer and I care about my brand. Therefore, I never do any kind of illegal things. I don't steal someone's work. However, my articles have been stolen a number of times. When I discover my stolen article, I file DMCA.
